I am a photographer based in the San Francisco Bay Area. My interest in photography began in college, where I sought to complement my engineering studies with something more creative. Photography, for me, was a way of remembering the experiences outside of school. Consequently, I fell in love with capturing the light and mood everywhere I traveled. Originally from Colorado, it wasn’t hard for me to appreciate the beauty of the outdoors. However, after studying and working in Silicon Valley, I found it easy to get lost in my own work and forget to appreciate the world around me. Photography now is an effort to balance the artificial stress of life with the natural beauty that is right in front of our eyes. My photography focuses on capturing both the natural landscape and the human footprint on it.
